Roadside & fleet service operations
Two modules, one platform. Operations takes the call, assigns the driver and tracks live status. Reports turns the same jobs into analytics, exports and billing.

Users hold one or both. The split is the same in the nav, on this page and at sign-in, so a returning dispatcher never has to guess which system they need.

Log the call: customer, location, service needed. Repeat callers are matched on phone, so nobody is entered twice.
02
Assign a driver or vendor and the job lands on their phone. Status comes back without a follow-up call.

Every job closes with its numbers attached. Reports totals it by day, vendor and service type, and exports it.
“We ran dispatch off a spreadsheet and a whiteboard. Now a new call is a job in 40 seconds and the driver has it before I hang up.”
Dana Whitmore
Operations Manager, Cascade Towing
“Month-end vendor reconciliation took two days. It takes twenty minutes, and I stopped arguing with vendors about numbers.”
Luis Treviño
Controller, Ironline Fleet Services

Yes. The modules are licensed separately and each has its own login. Most companies start with Operations and add Reports at the first month-end.
Every company is its own tenant with its own workspace URL. Queries are scoped to the tenant at the service layer, not filtered in the interface, so no request can reach another company's rows.
No install required. Drivers get a link and work from the browser; the same endpoints back a native app if you'd rather deploy one.
Yes — CSV import for jobs, customers, vendors and rates. Bring the spreadsheet you're running today and we'll map the columns with you.
14 days of both modules, no card, no seat limit. The workspace you create in the trial becomes your live workspace if you continue.
SAML and OIDC single sign-on on Fleet and above, SCIM provisioning on Enterprise. Both apply per module, so access follows the module a user actually needs.
